# How to Open Media Reports?

Usage and Statistics are available to Portal Admins only. If you are an Admin, please click on the \[Usage and Stats] option in the drop-down menu.

Click on the "**Media**" tab to open the **Media Reports Page**:

* On the Media page, you can change the Channel or Uploaded date Range to filter the reports accordingly. You can also filter the results by keywords. Type the name of keyword in the Media(s) Field.
* Click on the "**Export to CSV**" button to export the report data to an excel file.
